Scribbling this stuff
is not at all tough.
If writer's block creates a frown
then turn a verb into a noun!
To go from a failure into a bard
place a comma somewhere odd!
Lost loves, or pets or likewise, issues
will have them reaching for their tissues.
Now and then throw in a rhyme
(they won't expect one every time).
And if you really want to please
magically teach your voice to, fleas!
Speaking out on life and war
will have them crying, out for more.
Follow closely and I'll bet
you may be named as laureate.
Folks will think you're really hot
(but then again, maybe not).
The emperor had those great new clothes
so people stopped to stare,
the same as when they view this prose --
in either case there's nothing there.
